Sports, Soft Tissue & Fascia Therapy
Performance & Recovery Care
A clinical soft-tissue and fascial treatment designed to address musculoskeletal pain, postural strain, exercise-related tension, and movement restrictions associated with everyday physical overload.
Each session integrates soft tissue therapy, myofascial and fascial release, trigger point techniques, and targeted mobilisation, selected according to assessment findings, movement capacity, and biomechanical presentation.
This service is outcomes-driven and appropriate for individuals requiring structured therapeutic intervention rather than general relaxation.
Suitable for:
• Muscular pain and stiffness
• Postural strain (neck, shoulders, lower back)
• Exercise-related recovery and tightness
• Repetitive strain from work or lifestyle

Suitable for:
• Stress, anxiety, burnout
• Emotional overload, sleep disturbance.
~Important: This is not a spa or relaxation massage. Techniques are selected following clinical assessment and suitability.

Suitable for:
• Stress, emotional overload

~Important: Eligibility screening is required.

Important Clinical Boundary
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (medical lymphatic care) and Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting (non-medical lymphatic work) are distinct treatment pathways and are not combined within the same session.
