Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. By booking a treatment, clients confirm that they will provide complete and accurate health information and comply with all professional and safety requirements.

 

Consultation & Eligibility

A pre-treatment consultation is mandatory for all clients. Consultation and health disclosure forms must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or modify treatment if medical information is incomplete, unclear, not submitted within the required timeframe, or if treatment is deemed unsafe or outside scope of practice.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.
  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may, at our discretion, be refunded or rescheduled, subject to an administrative fee.

 

Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.

 

Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, current or recent treatments, medication use, pregnancy or postnatal status, and any changes in health prior to each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being declined without refund.

 

Pregnancy & Medical Treatment

Clients who are pregnant, postnatal, or undergoing medical treatment must disclose this prior to booking or as soon as reasonably possible. Treatment eligibility will be determined following assessment and, where appropriate, medical clearance.

 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment at any stage if, in professional judgement, treatment is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside scope of practice.

 

Professional Conduct

We operate a strict professional-conduct policy. Any inappropriate or abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

Refunds

Once a treatment has commenced or been completed, it is non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion and in accordance with these terms.
